Terms and Conditions
- Art Work - Unless otherwise agreed in writing the client will be responsible for providing all art work in an acceptable format by the copy deadline specified by our sales representative.
- Toolbox Media reserves the right not to publish an advertisement for any reason and without notifying you of our decision before the deadline. (The client will not be charged if the ad is not placed.)
- The client will ensure that any text and material provided is true and not misleading or defamatory in any respect.
- The client will have obtained clearance from the copyright owner to use any text, images, or designs supplied. The client assumes liability for any violation of copyright.
- Changes before the submission deadline to ad artwork designed by Toolbox Media will be charged on a per job basis.
- Toolbox Media design team can produce art work if required and design work is charged for on a per job basis. Images and text in an acceptable format must be provided to us before the specified deadline.
- We will endeavour to produce client artwork in accordance with specific instructions, with one round of changes to the first proof. Additional changes are charged at an extra 50% of the original price. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions after approval and subsequent publication.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, Toolbox Media will retain copyright to any artwork produced by Toolbox Media for the client and reserve the right to charge advertisers for supplying this art work to third parties.
- Payment terms - payments shall be due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
- Cancellations after booking deadline will incur a fee of 75%. All cancellations must be in writing (including email if receipt is acknowledged).
- Refunds - any payments made to our company will not be refunded unless Toolbox Media Co., Ltd is proven negligent.
